City Briefings, organised by the Livery Committee, will take place at Guildhall on Wednesday 8 February, Tuesday 10 October and Monday 6 November 2017, in each case from 5 to 8pm.

These briefings are aimed particularly at newer Liverymen and Freemen and partners are also welcome. They give a short introduction to the work of the City of London Corporation, and especially its relationship with the livery companies. The presentation is given by an Assistant Town Clerk and a member of the Livery Committee. There is opportunity to ask questions and the Briefing is followed by a light finger buffet, which provides the chance to mix with other Liverymen and Freemen. If you would be interested in attending, please contact the Clerk. There is a charge of £20 per head.
